Site Audit

A detailed review and assessment of your website.  This includes research into your site’s online search standings and how this compares to your competition.  A review of your web pages, organization, message offerings, and content format. 

Finally, I will provide a document that says what needs to be done. This also explain why these actions need to be taken and why they are important.

The list will be prioritized in the order the actions need to be implemented.


Optimizing your website for organic (non-paid) searches.  Among other things, this may include implementing strategies such as a company blog and a social media presence in order to obtain backlinks to increase organic search standings.  Paid-searches are also an option, especially when used with the above organic activities.   I can develop SEO ads for Google to increase your visibility in online searches.

Social Media

If you are not social, you are invisible.  There are more than 25 social media sites in use today, some of the more popular (in no particular order) being Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and Tumblr.  I will set up the sites we agree upon and, for a monthly retainer, monitor and regularly post to these sites for you.  Frequency and content mutually agreed upon.


A blog is a discussion or informational website.  Blogs can be an important part of the overall SEO strategy.  In addition, a blog can get your message out there like nothing else simply because it is repetitive and informational.  I can set up your blog, monitor, and post to it regularly on a monthly retainer basis.  Again, frequency and content mutually agreed upon.

Email Programs and Landing Pages

This can be one email or a series of emails that is sent to your in-house list or a purchased list.  Each email drives the customer or prospect to your product or service and ends with a strong call-to-action.  The action leads them to a landing page where they can order, request more information, or even a phone call from your sales staff.

Case Studies

A case study is typically a 1-3 pages and very simply stated — your customer had a problem and your company was able to address that problem and provide the fix with your products and/or services.

White Papers

A longer study on a topic that includes references — a study that is super-relevant to your target.  White papers and ebooks are good for lead-generation as well.

eBooks & Articles

I am a ghostwriter and will write an eBook or an article in your voice, to your audience, on a topic of your choosing.
